Nu-Age Accounting – Crown Voucher Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Nu-Age Accounting, located in Wangara, Western Australia. ABN 42 446 431 708.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to all individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over as of the date of entry.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on 09 June 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AWST on 31 July 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow Nu-Age Accounting on Instagram (@nuageaccounting); and

  • Follow/Like Nu-Age Accounting on Facebook; and

  • Submit a review for Nu-Age Accounting on Google.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple reviews or follows will not result in multiple entries. Entrants found to be using multiple accounts or automated methods to enter will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize to be awarded:

  • One (1) Crown Perth Voucher valued at AUD $200.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other items. Nu-Age Accounting accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on or after 1 August 2025. The draw will be conducted by Nu-Age Accounting.

The winner will be:

  • Announced on Nu-Age Accounting’s official social media accounts; and

  • Contacted via phone and/or email, using the contact details provided or available.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or does not claim the prize, Nu-Age Accounting reserves the right to select an alternate winner via a redraw.

7. Prize Delivery

The winner must collect the prize from Nu-Age Accounting’s office in Wangara, WA, unless otherwise arranged with the promoter.

8. General Conditions

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

  • By entering this promotion, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability.

  • Nu-Age Accounting reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, or breach these Terms and Conditions.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to request proof of eligibility (including proof of age and residence).

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the course of the promotion will be handled in accordance with Nu-Age Accounting’s privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of conducting this giveaway and contacting the winner. Entrants’ details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
