Nu-Age Accounting Christmas Giveaway — Terms & Conditions 🎄

1. Promoter

The promoter is Nu-Age Accounting, based in Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees of Nu-Age Accounting, their immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with the organization of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on Monday, 24 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AWST) on Thursday, 25 December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow Nu-Age Accounting on Instagram and TikTok.

  2. Comment on the giveaway post, tagging three (3) friends.

    • Each additional comment counts as an extra entry.

  3. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag Nu-Age Accounting.

Entries that do not follow all the required steps will be deemed invalid.

5. Prizes

There will be three (3) winners, drawn at random:

  • 1st Prize: Two (2) individual tax returns (valued at $418 AUD)

  • 2nd Prize: Gift voucher (valued at $200 AUD)

  • 3rd Prize: Christmas hamper (valued at $100 AUD)

Total prize pool value: $718 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be randomly selected on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook). If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The first prize (tax returns) will be delivered through a scheduled service with Nu-Age Accounting.

  • The second prize (gift voucher) will be sent electronically or via post.

  • The third prize (Christmas hamper) will be available for collection or delivery within Australia.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to deliver the prize.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Nu-Age Accounting may publish their first name and city for winner announcements on social media and other promotional materials.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
